On my 11th birthday I had a lovely bus driver yelling at me to pay full fare!! That's FOUR YEARS before I need to pay full fare. So I had to pay twice the price or be kicked off the bus. Arriva buses - please chill out and use some common sense.

As you go through life you will come across some idiots. It is best to ignore them. This management chappie in the photo seems to be saying "If you meet one of my abusive Arriva drivers you can always text for help" :-)
